Use Manage billing on the Subscription page to update your payment method, view invoices, change your plan, or cancel. Clicking Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal.

Open the Subscription page

Go to the Subscription page.

Click Manage billing

Under Current Subscription, click Manage billing.

Make your changes

Update billing details or cancel as needed. When finished, use the link in the portal to return to the dashboard.

Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period (or until the trial ends, if you are still on a trial). New accounts that cancel do not fall back to a free plan and cannot start another trial. Subscribe again from the dashboard to restore access. Existing grandfathered free accounts keep their free quota if they cancel a paid plan. For Greip’s cancellation terms, see the Cancellation Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, open Manage billing and update your payment method so the next charge can go through.
