Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging app that allows you to send messages, photos, and videos. Greip’s Telegram integration enables you to receive real-time alerts and notifications directly in your Telegram bot.

Prerequisites

Before you can integrate Greip with Telegram, you need to have the following:
  • A Greip account with an active subscription
  • A Telegram bot set up and running

Installation

To install the Greip Telegram app, follow these steps:

First Step

Go to the Account Settings page from the account dashboard.

Second Step

Under the ‘Integrations’ section, click on the configuration button on the right side of the “Telegram” app.

Third Step

Enter your Telegram Bot Token and Chat ID, toggle the ‘Enable notifications’ switch, then click on the ‘Save changes’ button.

Uninstallation

To uninstall the Greip Telegram app, follow these steps:

Go to the Account Settings page from the account dashboard.

Second Step

Under the ‘Integrations’ section, click on the configuration button on the right side of the “Telegram” app.

Third Step

Toggle the ‘Enabled notifications’ switch to disable the integration.
